Integrations
We continue to work with our customers to develop external integrations that would out of the box.
Our current integrations, for Google Calendar and Shipstation are described here.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar integration let's you connect your Google Calendar to your agent so that the agent can book meetings for you on your calendar. They will also be able to continue managing their appointment via SMS.
You can add this integration as a pre-built Task Model.
Shipstation
Shipstation integration let's you create a voice interface to order statuses. If your customer calls about an order status, they'll be able to provide the order number and get full details about their order articulated to them.
This is also available as a pre-built Task Model.
Important
As with all Task Models, When you make changes, it's important to keep a couple of things in mind:
- A model must be activated for it to work.
- Changes must be published for the models to be live.
